The value for money was great and the room was clean and tidy. The location was fantastic with the beach just steps away, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection, which could have been more varied and appealing.

Excellent and absolutely perfect setting, near to a 24 hour shop as well as the sea front and the town center. Btw, located right in the centre of town. No complains at all: D

I recently stayed at a cosy three-bedroom flat near the seafront in Brighton for a few days. The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the beach and with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. It was also within walking distance of popular attractions like Brighton Pier and the Lanes. The flat itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The communication about entry procedures was clear and the process was easy. The big comfy sofa in the living room was perfect for evening chats, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Once we turned the heating on, the flat became warm and cosy.

I thought it was a nice place to stay for a trip to Brighton and I was glad I chose to stay there; I really liked the host and the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach.

Supermarket nearby: It was so convenient to have a supermarket just a few steps away from the apartment. Made it easy to grab any essentials or snacks we needed during our stay.

Limited parking: the parking situation was a bit tricky as there was extremely limited pay and display parking outside. We ended up having to park at a waterfront parking lot, which was quite expensive and a bit of a walk with our kids and luggage.

The apartment has plenty of space for a group of 4 people, with a big comfy sofa for evening chats. the kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to whip up a meal if desired.

The shower in the apartment was not particularly powerful and the shower curtain rail was in need of repair.

The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for binge-watching reality shows. And the sea views were so picturesque, I almost forgot about the lack of privacy curtains.

Who needs somewhere to hang wet towels or clothes anyway? Such unnecessary luxuries!
